Transit Van Side Door Wont Lock

Transit van side door wont lock.

Tried to use the central locking manual switch but the plastic internal shattered. All motors work on all doors as can hear them even clear the contact on the side sliding door still does the same locks then unlocks its self. The power door lock fuse is 163 which is a 20 amp fuse located in the lower row of fuses fourth from the right photo 24.
